Jerusha Benn first sat in with the band for a show back in 2023, filling in for an absent band member. The performance took place in a crowded hall. It was 92 degrees, 100% humidity, no air-conditioning. Talk about a trial by (near-literal) fire. After the show, Jerusha was surprised to find out that she fit in so well, the band had unanimously agreed to kidnap her.
Luckily she went with it, and we're the better for it.
